CORALS is the first prospective multi-center cohort study, including children from 3 to 6 years of age with annual data collection in which it is intended to be followed up for an average of 10 years. The main objective of this study is to identify risk factors for childhood obesity.
The research groups belonging to the CIBEROBN network in the cities of Barcelona,Córdoba, Pamplona, Reus, Santiago de Compostela, Valencia and Zaragoza participate in the project. The University of Granada is represented by Dr. Concepción Aguilera responsible for managing, storing biological samples and performing biochemical and genetic analyzes.
